How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the time available for another client.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online via the Booksy app or on site with cash and card.
Do I need to make any special preparations before the ritual?
There's no need. Just come—we'll take care of the rest.
Can I choose the intensity of the massage during the spa ritual?
Yes, before the ritual begins, the masseur will ask you about your preferences. During the ritual, you can also request a change in intensity if you feel the need. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Is there a consultation with the masseur before the ritual?
Yes, the massage therapist will conduct a consultation during which he will learn about your needs and expectations, identify areas requiring special attention, and ask about health issues important to the massage.
Can I return to normal activities immediately after the spa ritual?
Yes, you can safely go to work, go shopping, or meet up with friends. However, we recommend a moment of peace and quiet after your massage to fully enjoy the relaxing effects.
Will there be anywhere to park?
Yes, you can park in the hotel parking lot for a symbolic fee of 4 PLN/h.
