For the safety and health of our clients and staff, as well as to continually improve the quality of our services, we kindly ask you to read the following regulations before using our services. These regulations outline the rules for using the offer of the Masaje Spa Salon.
Regulations for providing services at Masaje Spa Salon
I
General Provisions
Clients of Masaje Spa Salon are required to familiarize themselves with the service regulations before starting any treatment and to comply with its provisions. Using the offer of Masaje Spa Salon signifies written acceptance of the regulations.
II
Performing Cosmetic Services
- Before beginning a cosmetic service, the staff will conduct an interview with the client to determine if there are any contraindications to the procedure due to the client’s health condition, past illnesses, or lifestyle, and to establish post-treatment recommendations.
- Every client, whether male or female, scheduled for a cosmetic procedure must be informed of the contraindications and any possible recommendations for the procedure. Only after confirming in writing the absence of contraindications can the selected procedure be performed.
- Before starting a procedure, clients are required to inform the staff of any ailments that may contraindicate the cosmetic treatment (in particular, clients are obliged to inform about heart diseases, pacemaker use, cancer, acute inflammatory conditions, past jaundice, pregnancy or postpartum period, existing prostheses, intrauterine devices, viral and bacterial diseases, thyroid conditions, antibiotic use, and recent tooth extractions).
- Each time treatments are not performed in a series with intervals of 7-14 days, i.e., before starting a new series after a period longer than 30 days, the client must confirm that there are still no contraindications to performing the treatment.
- If a new treatment is performed for a client who has previously undergone other treatments, it is also necessary to review the contraindications and for the client to confirm in writing the absence of contraindications for the treatment.
- Every client, male or female, should remove all jewelry before starting the treatment.
- Clients are required to inform the staff if they feel unwell during the procedure.
- Failure to comply with the regulations results in the exclusion of Masaje Spa Salon’s liability for the procedure.
- In case of doubts about the safety of the procedure, the staff has the right to refuse its performance.
- Minors aged 13-18 can use the cosmetic services only with the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal guardians, who take full responsibility by signing the relevant statement.
- The salon is not responsible for children left unattended in the salon.
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any damage or destruction caused by children or teenagers.
- Clients are financially responsible for any intentional damage or destruction of the salon’s equipment.
- The salon is not responsible for valuable items left outside the designated storage area without supervision.
III
Masaje Spa Salon Etiquette
- Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, and using any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited within the premises of Masaje Spa Salon.
- Clients are kindly asked to maintain silence during treatments at Masaje Spa.
- During cosmetic treatments, phone calls should neither be made nor answered, except in emergency situations.

Pricing Policy and Use of Discounts for Treatments
- The prices for services are in accordance with the price list available at the salon and on the website www.masaje.pl. Clients are also informed about all prices prior to the treatment.
- Clients are entitled to take advantage of promotional prices according to promotions and discount offers valid at the given time.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
- Discount vouchers or coupons received as part of a partnership or sponsorship can only be used once by a single client (the voucher entitles the client to a one-time discount).
- Accumulating multiple discount vouchers does not entitle the client to combine discounts.

Appointment Cancellation Policy at Masaje Spa Salon
- We understand that plans may change, therefore, a free cancellation of an appointment finalized with a gift voucher must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. Failure to do so (cancellation less than 24 hours before or failure to show up for the appointment) will result in the loss of 50% of the value of the planned treatments.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment (this does not apply to group reservations for more than 3 people) via phone, SMS, or email. A phone call must be successful, meaning the call must be answered by a staff member of the specific Masaje Spa Salon where the treatment was reserved. If it is not possible to make a phone call or send an SMS, please send an email to: masaje.kontakt@gmail.com or use the contact form available on the website www.masaje.pl. Unsuccessful contact attempts will not be accepted.
- Clients are required to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before the appointment time or, at the latest, on time. In case of significant lateness, the treatment may need to be shortened. Shortening of the treatment will only occur if it is impossible to reschedule the treatment or if rescheduling would cause significant delays for subsequent treatments.
- If the delay in starting the treatment is due to the salon staff, the treatment will be performed in full without shortening any stages.
- The salon reserves the right to cancel a treatment with the option to reschedule or offer a new appointment at a later date, about which clients will be informed in advance.
- In the case of sudden, uncontrollable situations on the part of the salon staff, there is a possibility to cancel or change the appointment as soon as possible. In all other cases, clients will be informed of any changes to their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- When a treatment appointment is rescheduled, the client may choose the nearest available convenient time for the treatment.

Complaint Policy for Services at Masaje Spa Salon
- Complaints related to cosmetic treatments must be submitted within 48 hours after the treatment.
- Complaints can be made by email to the respective salon’s address, by phone to the reception’s contact number, or in person at the salon where the treatment was performed.
- In all cases, the condition for the complaint to be considered valid is the client’s personal appearance at the salon within 48 hours after the treatment for assessment and for the salon to offer compensation.
- If the client cannot appear in person for the verification of the complaint, they are asked to send photos and a letter to the salon’s email address: masaje.kontakt@gmail.com
- Complaints can be submitted directly to the salon via email: masaje.kontakt@gmail.com
- Complaints will be processed within 2-14 days from the time they are submitted in writing to the respective salon’s email.
- Compensation for a complaint may include repeating the treatment or a refund in the form of a value voucher to be used at Masaje Spa Salon.
- After the complaint has been reviewed, the client is required to sign the complaint protocol at the salon.
VII
Conditions for purchasing and using gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be purchased in person at the reception of Masaje Spa, through the website www.masaje.pl, or by phone at +48 534 944 402 or +48 537 523 181.
- Payment for the voucher can be made in cash or by card at the salon’s reception or by bank transfer after placing an order via email.
- A gift voucher can be purchased for a specific amount, service, or treatment package.
- The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The voucher includes contact information and addresses for Masaje Spa salons, so the recipient can book a treatment at a convenient time.
- The recipient can choose any treatment from the offer if the voucher is not tied to a specific service. If the value of the voucher is lower than the selected treatment, the recipient can choose a higher-value treatment by paying the difference.
- Unused amounts remain on the voucher and can be used on the next visit until fully used.
- The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part, nor can it be returned.
- We understand that plans may change, so a free cancellation of an appointment booked using a gift voucher must be made at least 24 hours before the treatment begins. After this time (canceling the appointment less than 24 hours before or not showing up for the scheduled appointment) will result in the loss of 50% of the value of the scheduled treatments.
- Appointments or treatments can be canceled by phone, SMS, or email. A phone call attempt must be successful, meaning the call must be answered by an employee of the Masaje Spa salon where the treatment was booked. If a phone or SMS contact is not possible, an email must be sent to: masaje.kontakt@gmail.com or use the form available on the website www.masaje.pl. Unsuccessful contact attempts will not be considered valid.
- The purchaser who buys the gift voucher through the website www.masaje.pl has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. Withdrawal from the voucher purchase contract must be done by sending an appropriate declaration to the email address: masaje.kontakt@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. In the case of withdrawal from the sales agreement, each party must return everything received under the contract. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration. The right to withdraw from the sales agreement is no longer possible after the voucher has been used.

Masaje Spa RODO (GDPR) Information Board
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, we inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data, including sensitive data (such as health information), which you provide during your visit to our salon or in any other form, is:

2. Your personal data, especially sensitive data, is protected with the utmost care. We have implemented appropriate processes, procedures, and measures to ensure this.
3. In our salon, personal data such as name, email address, phone number, etc., will be processed. You will be asked for this data during registration or when filling out a pre-massage questionnaire.
4. The personal data you provide before the service, especially those entered in the pre-massage questionnaire related to your health, will be processed solely for the purpose of executing the selected service. The basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
5. Providing the personal data mentioned in point 4 is voluntary but necessary for concluding the agreement and executing the service offered in our salon. If you do not provide this data, the service you ordered will not be performed.
6. Your personal data will be processed for the duration necessary to complete the service and after its completion to fulfill the legitimate interests of the Data Administrator, i.e.: Marketing of our own products or services – until you withdraw the consent you previously granted. Pursuing potential claims related to the service provided – in accordance with legal regulations regarding the statute of limitations, Article 117 et seq. of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended). The basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 9(2)(f) GDPR.
7. Your personal data will be shared with other recipients, such as services maintaining our IT system and hosting, email service providers, mailing service providers, etc.
Your data will not be shared with third countries or other entities.
8. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to its processing, the right to data portability, the right to request access to your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that your data is being processed contrary to applicable data protection laws.
9. You also have the right to be forgotten if further processing is not foreseen by the currently applicable laws.
10. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and its withdrawal does not affect the legality of data processing that was based on that consent before its withdrawal.
11. Your data will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling.
IX
Other provisions
- Each client has the right to access the regulations and the price list of services at the salon.
- The staff may refuse to perform a treatment in justified cases.
- Masaje Spa reserves the right to amend the regulations.
- Any matters not covered by the Masaje Spa regulations will always be resolved with the aim of achieving a compromise and mutual satisfaction for both the clients and the massage salon.
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
