Dear Clients,

For the safety and health of our clients and employees, as well as to continuously improve the quality of our services, we kindly ask you to read the following Terms and Conditions before using our services. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the offer of Masaje Spa. The data controller is the company TAQTIC Sylweriusz Faruga, located at ul. Terms of Service at Masaje Spa

I. General Provisions

Clients of Masaje Spa are required to read the Terms of Service before starting any treatment and to comply with its provisions. Using the services of Masaje Spa constitutes written acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

II. Performing Cosmetic Services

Before performing any cosmetic service, the employee conducts an interview with the client to determine whether, due to health conditions, past illnesses, or lifestyle, there are any contraindications to performing the procedure and to establish post-treatment recommendations.

Every client undergoing a cosmetic treatment must be informed of contraindications and, if necessary, indications for the treatment. Only after the client confirms in writing that there are no contraindications may the treatment be performed.

Clients must inform the staff of any conditions that may constitute a contraindication to performing the cosmetic procedure (including, but not limited to: heart diseases, pacemaker usage, cancer, acute inflammation, past jaundice, pregnancy or postpartum period, prostheses, intrauterine devices, viral and bacterial infections, thyroid disorders, ongoing antibiotics, recent tooth extraction).

If treatments are not performed in a series with intervals of 7–14 days, before starting a new series after more than 30 days, the client must confirm that there are still no contraindications for the procedure.

For any new treatment on a client who has previously had other treatments, it is also necessary to review contraindications and obtain written confirmation of no contraindications.

Clients must remove all jewelry before treatment.

Clients should inform the staff if their condition worsens during treatments.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions releases Masaje Spa from liability for the performed treatment.

In case of any doubts about the safety of the procedure, the employee has the right to refuse to perform the treatment.

Minors aged 13–18 may use the cosmetic services only with the knowledge and consent of parents or legal guardians, who assume full responsibility by signing a relevant statement.

The spa is not responsible for children left unattended.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any damage or destruction caused by children or adolescents.

Clients are financially responsible for intentionally damaging or destroying spa equipment.

The spa is not responsible for valuables left outside designated storage areas.

III. Masaje Spa Etiquette

Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, and using any intoxicants are strictly prohibited on the premises.

During treatments, clients are requested to maintain silence.

Phone calls should not be made or received during treatments, except in emergencies.

IV. Pricing and Use of Discounts

Services are charged according to the price list available at the spa and on www.masaje.pl. Clients are informed of all prices before treatments.

Clients may use promotional prices in accordance with current promotions and discounts.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

Discount vouchers or gift vouchers received as part of partnerships or sponsorships can be used only once per client.

Collecting multiple vouchers does not allow combining discounts.

V. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand plans may change. Free cancellation of a booked appointment paid with a gift voucher must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows result in a 50% charge of the planned services.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (except for group bookings of more than 3 people) via phone, SMS, or email. Phone contact must be successful, i.e., answered by the spa staff. If phone or SMS contact is impossible, email must be sent to masaje.kontakt@gmail.com or via the form on www.masaje.pl. Unsuccessful attempts are not recognized.

Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Significant lateness may result in a shortened treatment unless rescheduling is possible without affecting other clients.

If the delay is caused by the employee, the treatment will be performed in full.

The spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, with prior notification to clients.

VI. Complaint Policy

Complaints regarding services must be submitted within 48 hours after the treatment.

Complaints may be submitted by email, phone, or in person at the spa.

Personal attendance within 48 hours is required to assess the complaint and propose compensation.

If the client cannot attend in person, photos or a letter should be sent to masaje.kontakt@gmail.com.

Complaints are processed within 2–14 days.

Compensation may include re-performing the treatment or a monetary voucher for future services.

After resolution, the client must sign the complaint protocol at the spa.

VII. Purchase and Use of Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased in person, via www.masaje.pl, or by phone: +48 534 944 402 / +48 537 523 181.

Payment can be made in cash, card at reception, or bank transfer after email order.

Vouchers can be for a specific amount, service, or package.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Expired vouchers may be extended for a fee of 20% of the voucher value.

Vouchers contain contact info for booking.

The recipient may choose any service if the voucher is not tied to a specific treatment. If the chosen treatment costs more, the recipient pays the difference.

Unused amounts remain on the voucher until fully used.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Free cancellation for voucher bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the value is lost.

Purchasers have the right to withdraw from online voucher purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Withdrawal must be emailed to masaje.kontakt@gmail.com before the deadline.

Gift vouchers may be limited on high-demand days (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Christmas). Clients will be informed of restrictions.

VIII. Masaje Spa GDPR Information

According to Articles 13(1) and 13(2) of the GDPR:

Personal data is protected with the highest standards.

Data collected may include name, email, phone number, etc., requested during registration or pre-treatment questionnaire.

Data is processed solely to provide the selected service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for service execution.

Data will be kept as long as needed for service completion and legal obligations (marketing, claims, etc.).

Data may be shared with IT, hosting, email, and mailing providers, but not with third countries.

Clients have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, request portability, and lodge complaints.

Consent can be withdrawn anytime without affecting prior processing.

No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.

IX. Other Provisions

Clients may view the Terms and Price List.

Staff may refuse service in justified cases.

Masaje Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Matters not covered by the Terms are resolved in good faith. Civil Code provisions apply to unresolved issues.

Exceptional Date Reservations

On high-demand dates (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, holidays, local events), the spa may require non-refundable, prepaid reservations. Failure to prepay may result in cancellation.
